I try to alleviate the potential need for returns by only sending out products that meet the highest quality standards, and by sending pictures of your actual finished product for confirmation before shipping. However, i do acknowledge that things are sometimes not how they appear.
I will accept returns of unused, undamaged props within 30 days of their delivery. I will give you guidance in arranging return shipping. I will not pay for return shipping unless there is clearly a mistake that i made. I will refund purchase price minus shipping, minus 10% restocking fee once i receive the prop and verify it’s condition.
With time and use wicks fray, grips deteriorate, silicone tears, aluminum bends. Over time, more repair/ maintenance instructions will arrive on this website. Until then, please don’t hesitate to ask me questions. I happily do repairs for pay or can help you find your way.
